If you want a house on one level for your holidays in Hérault, book Le Cabernet today itself. It is a house located in HAMEAU DE MONTPLAISIR, near Béziers.

The house can accommodate up to 6 persons. You'll find:

• 1 living room
• 1 kitchen
• 1 double bedroom with en suite shower room (shower, washbasin)
• 1 two-beds room, with en suite shower room (shower, washbasin)
• 1 bedroom with 1 bunk beds
• 1 bathroom (bath, washbasin, toilet)
• a separate toilet

It has all the modern comforts: dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, ironing board and iron, fridge-freezer, barbecue, TV, DVD player, Hi-Fi stereo.

Bed line is entirely provided (sheets, towels, tea towels, tablecloths).

In addition, you can enjoy a small private garden, furnished with teak chairs, located in front of the house.

The 12m x 6m swimming pool is shared with 2 other cottages, le Chardonnay et le Sauvignon.
