Located near Béziers (34), La Syrah house is a cottage being part of HAMEAU DE MONTPLAISIR.

The house has a  patio and can accommodate up to 6 persons off season. During the months of July and August, it is paired with terraced house, le Merlot.

The package (Le Carignan) can thus accommodate 12 persons.

On ground floor:

• 1 living room with an American kitchen
• 1 toilet

First floor:

• 1 double bedroom with en suite bathroom (bath, washbasin, toilet)
• 2 two-beds rooms with en suite shower room (shower, washbasin, toilet)

Bed linen is entirely provided (sheets, towels, tea towels, tablecloths).

About equipments, you will be in absolute comfort: dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, ironing board and iron, fridge-freezer, barbecue, TV, DVD player, Hi-Fi stereo.

Private pool in July and August (Carignan). It can be shared with le Cabernet during the rest of the year.
